30-Day Return Policy
All purchases may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No restocking fees apply, but return shipping may be at the customer’s expense for buyer’s remorse.

One-year Warranty
All new PawHut products come with a one-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. Misuse or unauthorized modifications are not covered. Contact PawHut directly within the warranty period for claims. Products from third-party sellers may have different terms; please reach out to the seller for support.

  • This enclosure is best suited to cats and some other small pets that are large enough for the mesh spacing and enclosure structure. It is not recommended for very small kittens, tiny animals or pets that can easily squeeze through gaps.

  • Yes, it can be used for some other small pets such as rabbits, chickens, ducks or geese in suitable setups. However, it should always be matched to the animal’s size, behaviour and enclosure needs.

  • No. The mesh is installed during assembly, which allows it to be fitted around the frame and door areas. Careful installation is recommended.

  • Yes, we recommend adding extra zip ties for reinforcement, particularly around the bottom edges, corners, and door area.

  • The cover provides shade and light weather protection for everyday use. In strong wind, heavy rain or snow, additional protection or seasonal adjustments may be needed.

  • A careful setup is important. For best results, pay special attention to the mesh fastening, lower edges and door area before allowing pets inside.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. After processing, average shipping time is 3-7 business days. Since we ship from multiple warehouses nationwide, delivery is free and we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Q: Can I return or exchange the product?

A: Yes, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. To start the return process, contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. If the return is approved, we’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label. Q: Can I track my order?
