30-Day Return Policy
All purchases may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No restocking fees apply, but return shipping may be at the customer’s expense for buyer’s remorse.
One-year Warranty
All new PawHut products come with a one-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. Misuse or unauthorized modifications are not covered. Contact PawHut directly within the warranty period for claims. Products from third-party sellers may have different terms; please reach out to the seller for support.

A: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. After processing, average shipping time is 3-7 business days. Since we ship from multiple warehouses nationwide, delivery is free and we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

A: Yes, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. To start the return process, contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. If the return is approved, we’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label.
