All purchases may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No restocking fees apply, but return shipping may be at the customer’s expense for buyer’s remorse.
One-year Warranty
All new PawHut products come with a one-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. Misuse or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
