    All new PawHut products come with a one-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. Misuse or unauthorized modifications are not covered.     Q: How long does delivery take?

    A: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. After processing, average shipping time is 3-7 business days. Since we ship from multiple warehouses nationwide, delivery is free and we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

    Q: Can I return or exchange the product?

    A: Yes, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. To start the return process, contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. If the return is approved, we’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label.     Q: Can I track my order?
