30-Day Return Policy
All purchases may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No restocking fees apply, but return shipping may be at the customer’s expense for buyer’s remorse.
6 Months Warranty
All new PawHut products come with a 6 months warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. Misuse or unauthorized modifications are not covered. Contact PawHut directly within the warranty period for claims. Products from third-party sellers may have different terms; please reach out to the seller for support.

A: We dispatch orders within 24 hours on weekdays. Delivery takes 1–4 working days for UK Mainland, and 4–8 working days for non-Mainland addresses including the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands and Lowlands, and Channel Islands.

A: Yes, you have 30 days from delivery to return an item. For unwanted items, simply contact us first, then return the item at your own cost within 14 days. Items must be unused and in original packaging. If you’re in UK Mainland, we can arrange a collection for a fee which will be deducted from your refund.
